Street style
I'm heavily fascinated with the 'Everyday Man's Style'. I love the heavy influence from the common day trends but with a twist. I like when men put their own interruption into their style. It is extremely important to remember that trends will fade so putting your own spin on things only adds pop. When going out the house be a statement not a trend.

Stacking it up....
I See You.
The need for sheer once again isn't only for women. Why can women be the only people cool in the summer in light-weight fabric and shorts, men should be too. The top designers are daring to take the risk. They are adding pieces that weren't so common before to their collections. It is critical that men have variety in clothing. Even though this phase is growing, it is still in demand.
Fashion Has No Sex
The newest crave in fashion is being androgynous or without specific sex. Fashion is becoming more unisexual and men and women are mixing pieces from each other's wardrobe to complete looks. The amazing thing is that designers are starting to benefit greatly from this. They are able to make looks that are getting massive sales because both men and women are buying the sane pieces. Men are no longer afraid to try new things and they are mixing pieces. This is strange because when you think of a man you think of a lot more structured plain pieces with no type of character but this is the way men are getting just that. I feel that as a man, when done correctly, nothing is wrong with mixing clothing. I feel if a man has the confidence to carry it off then more power to him. I feel that we live in a more diverse society which makes it so much easier for this to happen.

Be cautious of your thoughts because they turn into actions.Always try to positive because when you let negativity into your mind and out to the universe it produces actions you might have not wanted. Try to always think that the world is better just because you are in it and you have a meaningful contribution. -JG.

Bags
The latest crave in Menswear is bags. This used to be a crave for women but even men are flockig to find bags to throw their items in. From fancy gym bags to day bags, men are carrying more stuff around in a day and in need of more space than just a pocket. Men are carrying multiple outfits, shoes, laptops, and many other things and need somewhere to put them. I suggest getting a bag that is functional so that you can carry both to the gym and also to work. So grab something big enough and pack your life away.
Water Weight, get rid of it!
Bananas are one of the cheapest ways to get rid of water. Bananas are a natural source of potassium, a nutrient needed to help the body balance fluids. Not a banana fan? Apricots, avocados and raisins are potassium-rich, too. Strive for 5 grams of potassium daily. Other nutrients to include each day through diet or supplements: 300-400 milligrams of magnesium (food sources include green vegetables, nuts, seeds) and 1000-1200 milligrams of calcium (orange juice, yogurt, tofu). Getting an adequate amount of each can help alleviate bloating.
Try to avoid sugar because too much sugar can raise insulin levels, decreasing the body's ability to excrete sodium. Avoid high sugar foods, like sweetened cereals, cakes, cookies, ice cream toppings and products containing high-fructose corn syrup, such as soda.
Move More
Your lymphatic system can't drain excess fluid out of tissues without body movement. Exercise about four times a week to relieve your body of extra fluid and salt through sweating and increased respiration.
Alcohol acts as a diuretic at first, making you lose excess water. But that loss can lead to dehydration, causing the body to preserve its fluids. Opt for virgin cocktails, or dilute that glass of wine with seltzer.
