I think these are the best water bottles especially when it comes to portioning out water. They are durable and dishwasher safe. They can be stored on a belt loop or in a backpack. They are also leak proof which is even better. So stop spending a $1 for one bottle of water, go get a jug and fill this bottle up and get going.

A lot of times the occasional 'Pretty Boy' will say, "I can't workout because workout clothes look terrible!" I don't question this but at the same time you are trying to get an amazing body so that you will look even better in the clothes you wear. Here are a few looks that will help you looking great while you workout. Be sure to mix and match.

Dinner Fashion
My favorite designer Givenchy. Givenchy is known for crazy and out this world fashion. The creative detail in this work is amazing.
Mid day Fashion
Color blocking isn't something that is only trending in Women's Fashion but it has made its way to Men's as well. Men are starting to play with color and people are liking it. The whole idea of coordinating rather than matching has started to take over. Men are mixing hues with things they have never mixed togethee before. The confidence of a real man is essential to pull this off because of the amount of attention this style of dress attracts. Men try buying one pair of colored chinos and mixing it with a white button down and a colored pocket square. Make sure the chinos are tailored and get a nice pair of loafers or boat shoes and roll the pants up a little. And then step into the streets with confidence because everyone will be watching. So what you waiting for go grab some color.
Mid day Fashion
Chuck's some of the oldest sneakers but yet still the most fashionable sneaker. People love throwing them on and going. They are very multifunctional from just running errands to the gym this shoe is perfect for it all. The greatest thing is that they are very inexpensive. So throw some in your bag and go!
Morning Treads
Everyman needs these. You can go to your local Goodwill and then swing past Target and grab some detergent and them you are on your way of having a great new piece. They are extremely light and great for summer.
Morning Fashion
The modern day 'Jesus Sandal' this is a new trending trend amongst men and women alike. Men are finally pushing their sneakers back to jump into a hot pair of gladiator sandals. These shoes used to be worn during the Roman Era and now they are back out and jumping hard. It's so funny how fashion repeats itself.
Breakfast Fashion
The power of BLUE. The color blue is really taking over by storm. It is what to most as a classic color but now it is taking over high fashion. Blue is a good base color because it allows you to mix with other colors some louder and softer than it.
Quote of the Day
"It takes no energy to smile but it takes effort to frown. Try smiling!" If something happens in the course of your day today smile at it. Don't allow anyone to make you upset or give them power over you. You control your mind and your emotions. Channel the negative things into positive ones. Have a great day. -JG.

Tom's by far are the best thing for summer. They are very lite weight and they are durable. The best thing is once they are broken in and worn they look vintage. A lot of brands have tried to replicate the shoes but Tom's still top the rest. Ranging from $35-$150, Tom's are yet affordable and still easy on the pocket. You can add and subratct socks with this shoe as well. The best thing is they are for a great cause. Every time a pair are purchased a kid in need receives shoes. Go Get Yours TODAY!

Quote of the day...
The only way to succeed is to fall down, dust yourself off and fall again but get up and walk the other way.Falling down is necessary to succeeding because it humbles the soul. You will never forget the moments you fall because you will always have the dirt patches in the knees to remind you of the fall. One thing I'm for certain about is falling is apart of the road map. Remember falling is a verb that requires an action of getting back up again ANC trying again. -JG
Ten top things to do to get right for summer.
10. Make a bucket list- Stop sitting around wishing you were doing something, actually get out and do something.
9. Buy sunblock- I know this sounds basic and like common sense but do you know how many people don't believe in wearing sunblock. This also includes African Americans. The Aloe in sunblock helps with smooth looking skin.
8. Buy a backpack- Summer is all about being free. Using bags or totes can sometimes make you lean from side to side but a backpack helps to even out the weight against the back so throw the backpack on and keep going. American Appreal has an assortment of colors and sizes ranging from $18-$40.
7. Invest in white- White is the color of the season. A lot of people are scared to put on white because they are afraid of getting it dirty but that's ok, go get a Tide Pen from your local CVS and clean it off. White was also featured in the new June issue of GQ. Express has assortment of cuts in pants, tees, and blazers that are very light-weight and easy to clean. Men try some nice white slacks and a white blazer for day and kick the blazer for night and throw on a loose tank or fitted graphic white tee and sneakers for night but keep the slacks. This adds style to your wardrobe.
6. Find a good smoothie shop- I totally recommend Equinox. They have the best drink, the Energizer, it is a great pre workout drink and is packed with essential vitamins and minerals and just the right amount of calories you need to get a awesome workout. Being that it is summer you can use smoothies for meal replacements. They are easy to grab and don't require a knife and fork just a napkin.
5. Get a nice pair of shades- it is essential to have the right frames. From Oliver Peoples to Ray Ban, it is only right to shield your face from the sun with the best. Sunglasses range from $60- $300. I suggest polarized frames especially for those who drive. The darker the Cramer the more you will stand out.
4. Take your old pansts and make them shorts- this summer is all about reusing and making the old new. Cut your shorts at the knees fellas and women cut you shorts mid thigh and show some skin. Save some money and use it for something else.
3. Start running outdoors- freeze those gym memberships for the next few months and use the great outdoors to stay fit and get right. Why spend money on the gym when there are plenty of parks and trails to run on.
2. Get a trainer- if you haven't yet invest in one. Trainers can teach you what you don't already know about your body. Summer is all about feeling sexy and free so go out and invest in your body.
1. Number one tip for summer is stay hydrated. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. The good thing about summer is the amount you sweat. Your skin is ridding itself of all the impurities and which in turn make you have that wonderful clear skin. The more water you drink, the more hydrated your skin will be and the better it will look.
Stay tune. I plan to give the Top 10 every few days. I will be doing a lot of reviews on everything from food to fitness.

Thought of the Day
The easiest thing to do in life is to give up. Stopping in mid air, stop hoping, the lack of caring, and just not having the energy any long is what many people experience. For so long people have taken the easy way out because at times it seems to be the most sensible thing to do but why? Why go so far with a idea or dream to only stop midway because you experience pain along the way. This is a common thing. Anyone that is successful didn't get that way over night and it took a lot of rethinking and trying to just get it right. Try to reverse your thinking. If you are considering stopping what you doing think about it. Factor in what can happen if you sleep on your contribution to the world. Everyone is valuable and without your ideas the world has void. Remember failure should never be a option because the moment you decide to quit is the moment you will watch someone walk into your success. Always know you are valuable and everything you bring to the world is important. Until next time take away the need to succeed. -JG.

Quote of the day
"People are only blessed because they put themselves in situations to be blessed,"-JG.
I say this because if you allow God or your Higher Power to have full control over your life then you learn to position yourself so you can be blessed. Many people watch others and wish they had what someone else had but the only reason why they got it was because they positioned themselves to get it. Today in your life position yourself to be blessed. Walk into your job, on set, in the showroom, or even in the studio and demand your appointment with success, work harder than you ever had before. You must show up in order for God to do the rest. Humble yourself and push yourself out there and good things will happen just because you tried. This will be on of the most explosive days of your life.
Remember you are only as big as you try to be and you are only heard when you demand the attention of those around you. Until next time leave out better than you was before and allow the world to see your greatness. -JGoodloe.

I'm a firm believer that the people you keep in your camp can either help you or harm you. Be sure that the ones close to you can help push you to greatness. Success is hard but with the help of others one can do it!
-Remeber remain inspired and know you are great and doing great things. Until next time. Jay.

Talent- K.L. Allen (Kelly)
K.L. Allen
Designer "The Creator"
Age 28
K.L. Allen, the designer of Perfect Populatuon, is live and on the move, with a combination of years his talent has only gotten better. His designs are heavily influenced by previous years with a modern day twist. Perfect Population is a collaboration of menswear, handbags, accessories, casual wear, and dresses.
I had the privilege to sit down with K.L. to find out somethings about him and his brand. I will be sharing with you some of the interview.
Me: When did you first realize you had a talent?
K.L. I have been drawing since childhood, I decided to start a line in 2006.
Me: What made you start designing?
K.L. I, like yourself, was working in Corporate America and decided that it was time for a change. I was spending countless amount of dollars shopping so I felt why not spend my money on creating something that would be mine, so I started designing.
Me: You seem to be pretty much self-motivated, do you have anyone else who motivates you?
K.L.:My biggest motivator is my 9 year old son. I'm trying to leave behind a legacy for him to follow. I want him to grow up knowing what money is, which is something I wasn't able to have growing up. I also want to show him what hard work can do at a young age. The only challenge is that I miss out a lot on things with him because of the crazy hours in my field. Even when keeping him during the summer it is hard to find time.
Me: With a well-polished line, how do you make it even better?
K.L.: I try to stay ahead of the times. Fashion is always changing so it is my responsibility to stay ahead of the times. I'm always creating new things in my head. Unlike most designers, I don't get my ideas from the streets or T.V. (he doesn't even watch T.V.) I get my inspirations from movies. When I'm trying to create a new line, I lock myself in my house for a few days and watch nothing but movies and then I draw out my inspirations. The unique thing about my line is that it always tells a story. I try to make sure that everything I produce has a storyline that has a beginning, middle, and end. I use a combination of inspirations from the 50/60's. I use these times because this was the time when style mattered. This was the times when people took great care in what they wore and who it was made by. The detail tailoring, the glam in the piece, and the overall feel of the product caused women to buy. This is something I push in my brand. I try to make pieces that can go from day to night with just a blazer. I always make sure the cuts in the dresses are clean.
Me: A lot of men are nervous about actually dressing "outside the box", how do you incorporate new style to Men's Fashion?
K.L.: Men are so concerned about masculinity, which I'm a victim of myself, that they are afraid to step out. Men feel the more tailored the piece the less of a man they look like but this doesn't stop me in my designs. I make pieces that I feel will help a man stand out but still be comfortable. I provide an assortment of colors in my design which helps with chosing the right piece for the client.
Me: Even though you are a wonderful designer, do you look up to anyone?
K.L.: Of course I do. I like A.McQueen for his creativity. I like Kayne West for his influence in Hip-Hop. I like Diddy for his new changes in the industry.
Me: You shared a lot of information and even inspired me, what would you say to the person who is trying to get to where you are?
K.L.: I would say first have a plan, make sure it is well-thought out. Make sure you get all the knowledge you can about the craft and industry, this will only make your line stronger. Don't allow others to discourage but at the same time be prepared for some hard criticism, which will only make you better. (End of Interview).
I really enjoyed my time with K.L. and learning so much more about the fashion industry. This man has styled celebrities, his pieces have been on many runways, his work has been featured on many shows, and the next big thing is he is going to New York Fashion Week with his brand. This young man is so accomplished and still working harder. I really look forward to see what he will come up with next. Make sure you reach out to him on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/PerfectPopulation and Twitter: @Perfectpopular. Feel free to comment and tell everyone about it. Until next time remember inspire someone with the greatness inside of you. This has been Jare'dG, leave out better than you were before.
